To the Manor born ...

I love weddings, I love the ambience and the music and it is from the first moment the guests arrive at the reception that the feel and vibe of the venue really comes into effect.

Every venue is different and I have been lucky enough to work in almost all in the area during my career.

One that really stands out for me is the lovely and picturesque Swynford Manor, situated in the beautiful village of Six Mile Bottom on the M11 between Newmarket and Cambridge

I love performing at Swynford Manor, which I do on a regular basis.  The gardens are beautiful, the dining room beautiful and the staff are fantastic, all this adds up to a great environment and a working formula for a brilliant wedding venue.

Choosing a wedding venue can be difficult, it has to fit all the criteria for the day as well as accommodate all kinds of special requirements and it takes a great team to ensure everything happens at the right time in the right way.

At Swynford, the team is run by Angela and Georgia who work closely with the engaged couple to co ordinate both the in-house requirements and the contracted wedding suppliers - such as yours truly - to ensure the day runs smoothly and to plan.
